After a major hail storm in April of 2010 Jason from Bradford Xteriors came out to my house to inspect and submit an estimate to my insurance company on the damages to my house. Due to the damages I was able to replace the roof, the siding, and new gutters.
First to come out was the roofing crew. They were very professional and were able to remove and replace the roof on the house and separate garage in one day. It was a very neat and professional job. No messes were left behind and I never encountered one nail left behind in the yard.
Next was the siding crew. In about a week they removed the old siding, wrapped the house and installed the new siding and trim. The job came out looking great! In fact a couple of neighbors commented how great the new siding looked and had Bradford Xteriors do their houses.
Finally the new gutters were installed. I paid a little extra to have gutter guards added to the gutters. Again the job came out looking great and after having to clean out the gutters twice a year for the last eight years I am thrilled, never again!
In sum, I would highly recommend Bradford Xteriors. I am very satisfied with the quality of both the work and materials used. Also the professionalism, neatness, and courtesy of the crews was a welcome change from some other experiences I have had with contractors in the past. Thanks Jason, for a job well done!

Bradford Xteriors has completed two jobs for me within the last three months. The first project was the replacement of all 12 original steel windows in my 1952 home. The company’s owner thoroughly explained the features of the windows available for installation. I really appreciated his knowledge of the product as well as his no-pressure approach. The owner then gave me the best estimate I could find for this replacement project. I only had to wait a couple of weeks for the windows to be delivered and installed! The installation itself was completed in two days. The installers were incredibly professional, respectful and knowledgeable. Inspite of the fact this installation occurred in the middle of December, I found no trace of snow or mud on my hardwood floors. And before leaving, the installers took the time to demonstrate how to opperate the windows. I am so thankful to Bradford Xteriors for my brighter and warmer home.
The second project was the replacement of a roof. The company’s owner thoroughly explained my options with his no pressure approach I had experienced in the window replacement project. I was once given the best estimate I could find. The project was finished in less than a day, and the only traces left behind by the roofers were their footprints in the snow.
Both jobs have significantly improved the comfort and value of my home. I would certainly hire Bradford Xteriors again for any of their available services. And I have already recommended them to several friends and co-workers.
